At Evolution, we know the limitations of the market make it challenging to get quality and timely solid rocket solutions. That is why we made it a priority to become a vertically integrated, full service provider for solid rocket motor products and services. Our capabilities go beyond the motor to include customized, scalable, and rapidly deployable solid propulsion vehicles and small launch platforms.

Vertical Integration That Bridges Ideas to Reality  

Our most vertically integrated product is our launch vehicles with applications ranging from hypersonic testing, tactical, sounding rocket research, or commercial launch. 

 

Our pathfinder vehicle used in the Gold Chain Cowboy mission secured Evolution the status of the 9th privately-funded US company to put their own vehicle in space, and Evolution was only the second to do it with a solid propulsion system.

Evolution’s land-based launch services offer unparalleled flexibility and rapid deployment. Our custom-built, road-mobile erector/launcher systems are engineered for swift and efficient operations. Leveraging the versatility of solid rocket motor technology, our system is adaptable to various payload sizes, with larger platforms currently in development. The self-contained hydraulic lifting system eliminates the need for heavy ground support equipment, allowing for rapid deployment in diverse environments. With a setup time of only four hours, Evolution provides unmatched speed-to-launch capabilities.

Solid Propulsion Static Fire Testing at the NASA Stennis E3 Testing Facility

NASA Stennis Space Center's E3 Testing facility is a versatile complex designed for testing rocket engine components and small-scale engines. With two test cells capable of handling various propellants and thrust levels, it's a hub for research and development in propulsion systems. Notably, E3 will host Evolution's solid propulsion testing, marking the first time solid static fires have ever been conducted at NASA Stennis.
